About the Role
The Human Resources Manager will collaborate with senior executives and business unit leaders to develop and implement holistic people strategies that align organizational structure, corporate culture, and talent resources with key business goals. This leadership position involves overseeing talent management, performance management, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, as well as governance of employee relations and HR processes across the designated countries.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify strategic workforce needs and partner with senior leadership to anticipate talent requirements that support business strategies.
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle to ensure acquisition of high-caliber talent aligned with company culture and build sustainable talent pipelines for future organizational needs.
- Implement performance enhancement programs that foster leadership behaviors supporting company values; analyze HR data and exit interviews to detect turnover risks and deploy retention strategies effectively.
- Lead operational decisions at subsidiary level regarding organizational design and talent reviews, ensuring alignment with local and global corporate priorities.
- Enable managers to deliver career development opportunities that meet business and individual career objectives; monitor implementation and evaluate outcomes of training interventions.
- Oversee the annual salary review and develop innovative compensation programs that motivate employees and improve business results; collaborate with regional and global HR teams to adjust packages in line with market trends.
- Advise executives on market compensation trends, conducting thorough benchmarking to maintain competitive and equitable remuneration standards.
- Authorize incentive payments and sales incentive plans to ensure consistency with organizational goals and compliance with policies.
- Promote a culture of high performance by driving performance management cycles including goal setting, ongoing feedback, and evaluation activities in partnership with departmental leaders.
- Lead corporate culture initiatives to enhance employee engagement and productivity through feedback mechanisms, communication improvements, and adoption of collaboration technologies.
- Ensure delivery of outstanding HR services across the company, maintaining compliance with local labor legislation and internal policies.
Qualifications
- At least 15 years of substantive experience in human resources, including senior leadership or management roles.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint for HR data analysis and executive reporting.
