Job description

About the Role

Louis Vuitton is looking for a Human Resources Manager to be based in the Miami Regional Office, with support responsibilities across the Atlanta, the Carolinas, and Tennessee markets. The role reports to the Human Resources Director and is suited to an HR professional who enjoys building engagement, supporting development, and reinforcing company values in a dynamic retail environment.

Founded in 1854 by Louis Vuitton, the Maison operates in more than 60 countries and employs over 34,500 people across more than 140 nationalities. With a presence across several product categories, the company offers varied career paths powered by creativity, innovation, and craftsmanship.

What You Will Do

  • Work with leadership to support employee development, identify growth needs, and help plan succession for high-potential talent.
  • Advise managers on performance management, coaching, and corrective actions using internal systems and tools.
  • Oversee pay-related programs, including merit reviews and bonus planning.
  • Encourage a workplace culture built on accountability, recognition, feedback, and alignment with business objectives.
  • Review, explain, and apply HR policies while helping leadership address employee relations matters.
  • Partner with the corporate team to investigate employee concerns carefully and thoroughly.
  • Serve as a main contact for corporate HR matters involving leave, workers’ compensation, benefits, and payroll.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is a people-focused HR professional who brings strong business awareness, emotional intelligence, agility, and a commitment to client-centered excellence. The role calls for someone who can work independently, balance several priorities in a busy environment, and make sound decisions while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

You should also have a strong understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws, along with excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills. Travel is required to support markets in Atlanta, the Carolinas, and Tennessee.

Additional Information

Louis Vuitton emphasizes respect for each employee’s individuality and works to create an inclusive environment where people can thrive. The company promotes initiatives that support professional equality and aims to build meaningful, practical inclusion rather than symbolic gestures.

The selected candidate will receive a salary between USD 110,000 and USD 140,000 per year, along with the opportunity to earn a bonus. The benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision coverage; short- and long-term disability; several paid time off programs; employee discount/perks; and two retirement plans with employer contributions.
