Role Overview

This full-time position based in Riyadh requires an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead and manage all HR operations. The candidate will be responsible for directing recruitment, developing and enforcing HR policies, facilitating workforce planning, and fostering a positive organizational culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise comprehensive HR operations from start to finish.
• Create and implement strategic HR plans aligned with corporate goals.
• Steer recruitment, selection, and onboarding efforts.
• Develop and carry out training and employee growth initiatives.
• Oversee payroll, benefits, and compensation management.
• Ensure adherence to Saudi labor laws and statutory regulations.
• Enhance performance management systems and improve employee engagement and workplace culture.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Only Saudi nationals are eligible to apply.
• Minimum 3 years and up to 5 years of practical HR experience.
• Possession of recognized professional HR certifications such as SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent.
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
• Demonstrated excellence in leadership, organizational capabilities, and strategic human resource management.
