About the Role

Avantor seeks a proactive and innovative Human Resources Knowledge Management Specialist to join their Service Excellence team at Coimbatore. This full-time position demands the candidate to manage and enhance business processes and knowledge resources, improving service delivery and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with HR knowledge management activities in the Service Excellence team.
  • Update and maintain HR-related knowledge content such as FAQs, procedures, and basic training materials.
  • Ensure content accuracy, timeliness, and accessibility.
  • Follow prescribed guidelines in creating and maintaining documentation.
  • Conduct routine content reviews to ensure ongoing relevance.
  • Collaborate with team members to organize and update the knowledge base.
  • Gather information from multiple sources as directed.
  • Adhere to organizational policies and standards in all work.

Candidate Profile and Experience

  • Minimum 1 year experience in HR knowledge management, information management, or similar roles.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in knowledge management systems and data analysis tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze, structure, and transfer organizational knowledge effectively.
  • Experienced in creating, updating, and maintaining knowledge bases with quality checks.
  • Prior work in HR shared service environments or knowledge management roles is desirable.
  • Familiarity with knowledge management principles, best practices, and tools including Workday and ServiceNow.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken; knowledge of regional languages is advantageous.
