Job description
Role overview
This position is for an experienced HR Generalist to support a high-volume HR function on an initial 18-month fixed-term contract. The role focuses on delivering people-related initiatives spanning HR strategy, reward, employee engagement, systems, and process improvement.
What you will do
- Help deliver HR projects across several active workstreams.
- Support the rollout of governance and project management structures.
- Contribute to HR risk, compliance, and control activities.
- Assist with HR transformation work, including vendor and third-party processes.
- Review HR data and workforce trends to highlight opportunities for improvement.
- Provide coordination and administrative support across project activity.
- Develop effective working relationships with stakeholders across the organisation.
Candidate profile
The employer is looking for someone with solid HR generalist experience, preferably with some exposure to employee relations and project delivery. Experience with TUPE or similar transfer/change programmes would be a strong advantage.
Requirements
- HR qualification or equivalent relevant experience.
- Broad HR generalist background with some project or change exposure.
- Working knowledge of employment law and legislation.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Comfortable handling several priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Team-oriented approach with a keen eye for detail.
Additional information
This is an 18-month fixed-term contract based in South Dublin. The working pattern is hybrid, with 2 days onsite and 3 days working from home each week.
