Acting as a partner to both leadership and employees, the position focuses on strengthening engagement, supporting performance, and maintaining compliance with HR standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

The role covers end-to-end recruitment, HR operations, employee relations, strategy support, and talent development. You will manage hiring activity, maintain compliant HR processes, advise managers and employees, and help create programs that support growth and business goals.

Recruitment

  • Handle high-volume hiring through an applicant tracking system, including periods with more than 100 applications.
  • Respond to applicants and department managers by email and phone in a timely, personalized, and informative way, often handling 100+ daily communications.

HR Operations and Compliance

  • Ensure HR practices follow local and federal labor regulations.
  • Create, roll out, and maintain HR policies and procedures.
  • Support efficient HR administration by using technology and process improvements.

Employee Relations and Engagement

  • Work with managers to strengthen leadership capability, address performance issues, and support recognition and engagement efforts.
  • Guide employees and managers on HR policies and their interpretation.
  • Resolve complex employee relations matters and carry out fair, thorough investigations when needed.

Strategic Initiatives and Analytics

  • Partner with leadership and stakeholders to review data and trends that shape HR strategy.
  • Build practical solutions, initiatives, and policies based on workforce insights.
  • Help design and implement HR programs that support business objectives and strategic priorities.

Talent Development

  • Create onboarding experiences that help new hires settle in smoothly and feel welcomed from day one.
  • Partner with managers to identify training and development needs and encourage ongoing learning.

Qualifications

Applicants should bring at least 4 years of experience in Human Resources, ideally with proven leadership impact. A working knowledge of HR systems and a readiness to learn new tools are important, along with a solid understanding of HR best practices and employment law. A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required, and a master’s degree is preferred. Experience with tools such as JazzHR, Monday.com, Rippling, or comparable platforms is also expected.
