About the Role
We are seeking a motivated HR professional to join our team and contribute to high-impact HR processes focused on employee performance, engagement, and reward strategies. This role is ideal for someone passionate about performance management, compensation practices, and data-driven HR operations, with aspirations for growth within a dynamic organization supporting Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete performance management cycle, encompassing goal setting, mid-year reviews, year-end evaluations, and Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) tracking.
- Manage annual compensation processes, including merit increases, bonus reviews, and salary adjustments.
- Generate and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and analytics to support leadership decision-making.
- Ensure the accuracy, compliance, and timely execution of annual HR cycles.
- Serve as a primary contact for employees and managers concerning performance and compensation matters.
- Identify areas for improvement within HR processes and contribute to continuous enhancement initiatives.
- Create and deliver training materials and guidance for HR systems and processes.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR operations, with a preference for specialization in Performance & Compensation.
- Professional certifications such as CIPD or SHRM are advantageous.
- A solid grasp of performance management frameworks, compensation practices, salary structures, and HR systems/data reporting.
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication abilities.
- The capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively within a structured, deadline-oriented setting.
