Human Resources Expert

Position Overview

We are seeking a Human Resources Expert to join our team on an hourly contract basis. This role offers a remote work setup within the United States, with expected commitments ranging from 10 to 40 hours per week. Compensation varies between $50 to $90 per hour depending on qualifications and experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop practical HR scenarios and tasks drawing from direct professional experience.
• Create model-facing prompts and produce exemplary responses to guide AI performance.
• Assess AI-generated outputs to ensure accuracy and compliance with established HR standards.
• Analyze and identify errors or failures in AI reasoning regarding people management decisions.
• Deliver detailed written explanations supporting AI output evaluations.
• Work collaboratively to enhance evaluation criteria and elevate the quality of HR content in the domain.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven substantial experience in Human Resources or People operations.
• Expertise in core HR areas such as talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, or HR analytics.
• Comprehensive understanding of HR principles and labor law basics.
• Superior written communication abilities for articulating complex reasoning clearly.
• Close attention to detail with aptitude in assessing work quality.
• Preferred possession of recognized HR certifications including SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR.
