Overview

The Human Resources Executive will support daily HR functions such as hiring, employee engagement, and compliance management. This position demands an attentive and people-focused professional dedicated to ensuring seamless HR operations while fostering a positive workplace environment.

Key Duties

  • Oversee full-cycle recruitment for specified positions, including scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communication.
  • Issue employment offers, collect necessary documentation, and manage the onboarding process.
  • Conduct new employee inductions and orientations.
  • Maintain detailed employee records using HR management systems, track attendance and leave, and manage employee database accuracy.
  • Facilitate employee confirmations, handle exit formalities including full and final settlements, and manage related documentation.
  • Respond promptly to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Organize and oversee employee engagement initiatives, events, and celebrations to cultivate company culture.
  • Assist with performance management processes and appraisal cycles.
  • Serve as a liaison for addressing employee concerns and grievances.
  • Manage relationships with administrative vendors such as housekeeping, pantry services, and courier providers.
  • Supervise office asset tracking, inventory control, and asset allocation to personnel.
  • Coordinate Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and oversee repair and maintenance activities within the office.

Additionally, the HR Executive will manage hiring, onboarding, and attendance processes for the PAN India sales team and contribute to various HR projects as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Between 1 to 4 years of experience in HR and administrative roles.

Preferred Skills and Attributes

  • Experience working in startup environments, Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) sectors, or other fast-paced workplaces.
  • Practical knowledge in both HR operations and office administration.
  • Capable of working independently with minimal oversight.
