Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Director to join a Riyadh-based organization in a full-time, on-site capacity. The role carries ownership of the complete HR function and acts as a key advisor to senior leadership. You will shape HR policies and processes, support people strategy, and help ensure that the company’s approach to talent, culture, and compliance remains consistent with business objectives.

Key Accountabilities

  • Lead the end-to-end HR function and contribute to strategic decision-making alongside leadership.
  • Create, update, and maintain HR policies and procedures that support organizational priorities.
  • Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, coaching, and workplace support.
  • Advise managers on performance management, including goal setting, reviews, feedback, and development planning.
  • Support recruitment and onboarding activities to help bring in and integrate new hires effectively.
  • Assist with workforce planning and coordinate learning and development initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to labor and employment laws and provide guidance on compliance-related matters.
  • Prepare HR reports and track people metrics to inform business decisions.
  • Promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture.

Candidate Profile

  • Proven senior-level HR leadership background with responsibility for strategy, operations, and people management.
  • Strong capability in building and maintaining HR policies that align with business goals.
  • Deep experience in employee relations, including handling sensitive issues with professionalism and discretion.
  • Practical knowledge of performance management systems and development processes.
  • Good command of labor and employment law and the ability to apply it in day-to-day HR practice.
  • Comfort working closely with senior stakeholders and influencing decisions using data and judgment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage confidential information responsibly.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • An advanced degree or professional HR certification such as SHRM or CIPD is considered an advantage.
  • Experience in Riyadh or the wider region, along with familiarity with local labor regulations, is highly desirable.

Additional Information
