On behalf of a partner organization in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, the company is seeking an experienced HR leader to strengthen the people function and support ongoing efforts in talent development, employee engagement, and organizational performance.

Role Summary

The Human Resources Business Partner will work closely with senior leaders to ensure HR priorities are aligned with broader business goals. The role requires a strategic, hands-on professional who can drive core HR initiatives, support change, and help build a high-performing workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and coordinate major HR areas such as talent management, learning and development, and employee engagement.
  • Partner with senior leadership to translate business needs into practical HR strategies and programs.
  • Develop succession planning frameworks, performance improvement plans, and structured training solutions.
  • Oversee workforce planning, HR budgeting, and people analytics to support business decisions.
  • Prepare and present insights on hiring, retention, and HR performance metrics for executive review.
  • Contribute to organizational change efforts and help maintain a healthy, positive work environment.
  • Work with internal and external auditors to make sure HR procedures comply with company and regulatory standards.
  • Review, refresh, and maintain HR policies, SOPs, and best-practice documentation as business needs evolve.
  • Guide and develop HR team members to improve capability, performance, and professional growth.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field is required; a master’s degree or MBA is an advantage.
  • Overall HR experience of 8 to 12 years, preferably with exposure to talent management, learning and development, and strategic HR partnering.
  • Proven experience working at a senior level and influencing decisions with business leaders.
  • Practical background in workforce planning, performance management, and HR analytics.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, Saudi labor laws, and compliance expectations.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • High ethical standards, a proactive approach, and strong strategic judgment.
  • Fluency in both English and Arabic is required.
