Role Overview
A luxury fashion brand is hiring a Human Resources Business Partner to support its New York City team in a hybrid setup with four days on-site and one day remote. This is a full-time, permanent position that begins right away.
What You’ll Do
- Work closely with business leaders to deliver strategic HR guidance across hiring, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, organizational growth, and HR operations.
- Support the entire employee journey, including recruitment, onboarding, succession planning, review cycles, compensation planning, and internal movement.
- Help ensure adherence to employment laws and internal policies, and use HR reporting, metrics, and analytics to inform decisions and improve processes.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR business partnering, or generalist HR work supporting retail and corporate hiring, employee relations, performance management, and coaching managers.
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a similar field is preferred.
- Solid understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws, HR best practices, and handling sensitive employee matters with care and discretion.
- Strong relationship-building skills, the ability to influence stakeholders, and comfort working in a fast-moving environment with multiple priorities.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office tools is required.
Compensation and Additional Details
The salary range for this role is $90,000 to $100,000 per year, plus bonus potential. The role may also be eligible for incentive pay, discretionary bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package, with full details to be shared during the hiring process.
