Role Overview
We are expanding and currently seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to lead strategic HR initiatives, optimize workforce strategies, and nurture a high-achieving organizational culture. This is a hands-on leadership position requiring expertise in managing Professional Employer Organization (PEO) partnerships, project management, and talent strategy. This position is located onsite in Addison, Texas and requires prior PEO-related experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize your knowledge of PEO operations to enhance HR workflows including payroll, benefits management, and compliance adherence.
- Serve as the main point of contact between MPOWERHealth and its PEO partners, facilitating smooth collaboration and resolving issues promptly.
- Offer strategic guidance to maximize PEO capabilities to support organizational growth.
- Lead HR-focused projects from planning through execution ensuring alignment with business goals and deadlines.
- Create comprehensive project plans, coordinate resources, monitor project milestones, and encourage cross-departmental collaboration.
- Guide change management initiatives to improve organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop influential, trust-based relationships throughout the company to promote teamwork and a culture of peak performance.
- Collaborate with key HR teams like Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and HR Information Systems to deliver cohesive HR solutions.
- Advise managers strategically on talent development, succession plans, and organizational structure adjustments.
- Implement custom professional development programs enhancing leadership skills and employee advancement.
- Lead employee engagement and retention initiatives to foster a positive workplace environment.
- Work alongside leadership to attract, nurture, and retain exceptional talent.
- Ensure all HR policies and procedures comply with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Apply HR metrics and workforce analytics to detect patterns, guide decision-making, and enhance employee outcomes.
- Participate in workforce planning and organizational design efforts to sustain business expansion.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent HR certification and experience.
- 8 to 10 years of professional HR experience with a minimum of 5 years serving as an HR Business Partner.
- Thorough knowledge of U.S. HR policies, legal compliance, and regulations.
- Proven expertise in leadership development, talent management, and leading organizational change.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to design effective HR strategies.
- Experience in the healthcare sector is advantageous.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and HR software systems.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
This role is based in a fast-moving corporate office, necessitating independent as well as collaborative work. While mainly desk-based, occasional light lifting up to 20 pounds and movement around the office are needed. Reasonable accommodations can be provided as required.
