Position Summary
Reporting to the HRIS Manager, the HRIS Analyst will manage the daily operations of the SAP/SuccessFactors Human Capital Management (HCM) system. This role involves end-user support, transactional processing, system administration, data integrity, analysis, consultation, and reporting within SAP/SuccessFactors and Employee Central. The candidate must be present on-site at the Athlone office at least three days weekly, with up to 10% travel expected.
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide assistance to HR staff, managers, and employees by responding to SAP/SuccessFactors related queries via email, walk-ins, or calls.
- Troubleshoot technical issues within the SAP/SuccessFactors platform and offer detailed resolutions.
- Escalate complex problems to appropriate HR functional owners or technical experts.
- Handle transactional tasks such as processing data correction requests, performing mass data updates for business changes, and executing data loads for acquisitions or other major processes.
- Participate in SuccessFactors system upgrades, patches, configuration changes, and enhancement testing and implementation.
- Monitor HRIS email communications and manage support tickets in SuccessFactors and internal systems.
- Serve as the primary contact for high-volume inquiries, requests, and problem escalations.
- Collaborate with technical and functional teams to apply system changes, document procedures, and track testing outcomes.
- Document inquiries and transactions thoroughly, ensuring data integrity within the case management system.
- Generate ad hoc reports across all SuccessFactors modules as needed.
- Review workflow transactions, monitor administrative metrics for overdue cases, and follow up for timely resolution.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
- Support compliance-related tasks including government reporting, SOX testing, and internal/external audits.
- Share responsibilities for global HCM platform administration, including monitoring roadmaps, proposing system enhancements, dashboard design, and analytics implementation to maximize platform utility.
- Assist with administration of related HR systems and integrations, such as Time & Attendance systems.
- Exhibit strong problem-solving skills, excellent customer focus, time management, interpersonal abilities, and capability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Educational and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution preferred; equivalent work experience and education combination considered.
- Prior experience with SAP/SuccessFactors platforms preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Word, Excel (intermediate level), Access, SharePoint, and Visio, with eagerness to learn additional software tools.
