Role overview
An opportunity is available for a dependable and experienced HR Truck Driver to handle multi-drop beverage deliveries across Melbourne’s CBD and surrounding local areas. This position offers ongoing work, strong hourly earnings, and afternoon/early-start shift patterns based in Abbotsford, Victoria.
Job details
Location: Abbotsford, Victoria
Pay: $40 per hour, plus penalties and allowances
Work pattern: Monday to Friday, ongoing
Start time: 6:00 am
Shift length: 10 to 12 hours per shift
Key duties
- Drive HR trucks to complete multi-drop beverage deliveries.
- Transport kegs and other beverage loads safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload trucks as part of daily delivery work.
- Keep communication open with dispatch and site supervisors.
- Follow all site safety procedures, including PPE requirements and hazard checks.
- Work in line with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain the truck in a clean, professional condition.
Requirements
- Current HR truck licence.
- At least 1 year of HR driving experience.
- Proven reliability and a strong commitment to attendance and work quality.
- Physical ability to safely handle heavy items during loading and unloading.
- Driving history report must be provided.
