About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-focused HR Support Officer to join our expanding Human Resources team. This fully remote and entry-level position offers the chance to provide vital administrative and operational assistance across multiple HR functions, including recruitment, employee record maintenance, onboarding, and documentation management. Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver daily administrative support to the HR department
  • Assist with recruitment efforts such as scheduling interviews and candidate communications
  • Prepare employment contracts, onboarding documents, and relevant paperwork
  • Keep employee records and HR databases precise and current
  • Respond professionally and promptly to employee HR queries
  • Support new hire onboarding and employee offboarding procedures
  • Aid in HR reporting, compliance tasks, and document organization
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and training initiatives
  • Handle sensitive employee data confidentially at all times
