About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-focused HR Support Officer to join our expanding Human Resources team. This fully remote and entry-level position offers the chance to provide vital administrative and operational assistance across multiple HR functions, including recruitment, employee record maintenance, onboarding, and documentation management. It’s a great starting point for those eager to build a career in HR within a supportive and collaborative setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver daily administrative support to the HR department
- Assist with recruitment efforts such as scheduling interviews and candidate communications
- Prepare employment contracts, onboarding documents, and relevant paperwork
- Keep employee records and HR databases precise and current
- Respond professionally and promptly to employee HR queries
- Support new hire onboarding and employee offboarding procedures
- Aid in HR reporting, compliance tasks, and document organization
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and training initiatives
- Handle sensitive employee data confidentially at all times
Required Skills and Qualities
- Strong organizational capability and efficient time management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail for accuracy
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Capacity to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Qualifications
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related area preferred

- Experience from internships, academic projects, or prior administrative/customer service roles is advantageous
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms, recruitment systems, or employment law is a plus
