Role overview
This part-time remote HR support position is designed for someone starting out in the field and based in Australia. The role helps the HR team with everyday administration, careful record-keeping, and smooth coordination of core people processes.
What you’ll do
You will assist with HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding support. The job also involves keeping employee information up to date, helping prepare and revise job descriptions, and supporting regular communication with employees.
In addition, you will contribute to the rollout of HR policies and procedures, work closely with colleagues across different time zones, and help maintain a positive and well-organized employee experience.
What we’re looking for
The role suits applicants with a basic background or education in Human Resources or HR Management who are interested in HR operations. You should understand foundational HR policies and general compliance practices relevant to Australian employment standards.
Strong organization, accurate documentation, confidentiality, and professional communication are important.
