HR Recruiter

Overview

Ascend Bizcap is seeking an HR Recruiter with 1 to 2 years of hands-on recruitment experience based in Jaipur, Rajasthan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment activities end to end, from sourcing to onboarding coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and source potential candidates using job portals and professional networks like LinkedIn.
• Perform initial resume screening and conduct primary HR interviews to assess candidate fit.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers efficiently.
• Oversee the entire recruitment cycle ensuring timely and effective hiring processes.
• Maintain and update the candidate database alongside recruitment analytics and reports.
• Handle job offer negotiations and facilitate the onboarding process for selected candidates.

Required Skills and Knowledge

• Excellent communication skills coupled with effective candidate sourcing techniques.
• Familiarity with recruitment platforms and the LinkedIn professional network.
• Strong coordination abilities and negotiation skills to manage hiring stakeholders.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and Applicant Tracking System (ATS) usage.

Compensation and Additional Information

The monthly salary range for this position is between 20,000 and 40,000 INR.
