Job description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the HR payroll department to ensure smooth payroll operations.
- Manage processes related to employee attendance, leave administration, and salary calculations.
- Ensure strict adherence to legislative requirements such as the Provident Fund (PF) Act and Employees' State Insurance (ESI) Act.
- Coordinate with the finance division for effective budgeting and payroll forecasting.
