Role Overview

Skinnify is seeking a highly organized and detail-focused HR Manager to helmsman our HR operations. This individual will be responsible for overseeing global payroll accuracy, managing employment contracts, ensuring compliance of employee records, and supporting the scaling of our international workforce.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment efforts, including attracting talent from other companies.
• Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.
• Manage company presence on professional platforms such as LinkedIn and Glassdoor.
• Coordinate logistics and planning for company retreats held twice annually.
• Oversee payroll processing to guarantee precise compensation.

• Strong interpersonal skills and previous experience in human resources roles.
• Expertise in drafting employment contracts and maintaining HR records meticulously.
• Superior organizational capabilities with keen attention to detail.
• Proficient in both oral and written English communication.
• Experience working with distributed, remote teams across multiple countries.
