Overview
Converte Inteligencia em Vendas is actively recruiting a seasoned HR Manager to lead all facets of human resource management and develop effective people strategies throughout the organization. This mid- to senior-level role entails comprehensive responsibility for recruitment, employee relations, performance evaluations, compliance, and enhancing organizational growth while fostering a supportive workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures that align with overall business goals.
- Manage every stage of recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
- Handle employee relations by resolving conflicts, managing disciplinary matters, and addressing workplace challenges.
- Lead performance management activities including conducting appraisals, setting KPIs, and facilitating employee development plans.
- Administer compensation, benefits, payroll coordination, and reward systems.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws, employment regulations, and internal policy compliance.
- Promote employee engagement, retention efforts, and initiatives driving workplace culture.
- Support workforce and succession planning as well as organizational development programs.
- Analyze HR data and metrics to provide valuable insights for management decisions.
- Oversee training and development programs aimed at enhancing employee skills.
- Manage HR-related digital tools such as HRIS, ATS, and payroll software.
- Collaborate with senior executives to align people-focused strategies with business objectives.

- Substantial experience in HR management, generalist roles, or as an HR business partner.
- In-depth understanding of employment legislation, HR policies, and industry best practices.
- Proven track record in recruitment, managing employee relations, performance management, and compensation planning.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced problem-solving and conflict-resolution competencies.
- Discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Familiarity with HRIS, ATS, and payroll systems is beneficial.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related discipline preferred; professional certifications such as SHRM or CIPD add value.
