Key Responsibilities and Skills
- Manage recruitment processes effectively.
- Oversee payroll and attendance records with accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory regulations.

- Work independently while coordinating with team members as necessary.
Requirements
- Holder of a bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent fields.
- Possess between 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in Human Resources.
- Willingness to travel within the Pune region as part of job duties.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and possess fundamental computer skills.
Additional Information
