HR Consultant (m/w/d)

About the role

Moonsoft HR Solutions GmbH develops forward-looking HR software and supports companies in modernizing and digitizing their human resources processes. For its team, the company is looking for an experienced IT project manager to lead and support customer projects successfully.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of delivering HR software projects from start to finish.
• Manage the rollout and ongoing support of the company’s software solutions at customer sites.
• Coordinate all internal and external stakeholders involved in the project.
• Collect requirements and align expectations with customers.
• Track project status regularly and prepare progress updates and reports.
• Ensure delivery stays on schedule, within budget, and at the required quality level.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops as needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve project execution and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in IT project management, preferably in a software environment.
• Practical experience implementing IT systems, ideally HR software.
• A project management certification is an advantage.
• Independent, well-structured working style with strong service orientation.
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of direct client interaction.
• Very good German skills and good English skills.
