Overview
Damovo is looking for a seasoned HR Business Partner to contribute significantly towards fostering a positive, engaging, and productive employee experience while supporting staff across multiple global locations. The role involves being the primary contact for line managers by offering expert advice on people-related matters and collaborating closely with business units to meet organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialist advice on employee relations including performance reviews, managing absences, disciplinary actions, and handling grievances
- Assist managers in timely completion of performance management processes
- Create, update, and maintain Group HR dashboards, reports, and analytics that deliver actionable insights on workforce metrics and performance
- Manage payroll coordination processes across multiple countries in cooperation with external vendors and internal teams
- Support the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding through development to offboarding
- Ensure uniform application of People policies and compliance with local labor laws, coordinating with relevant parties as needed
- Oversee annual renewal of benefits with providers, including conducting benchmarking when necessary
- Maintain accurate employee data and administration
- Contribute to the development and continuous enhancement of HR policies, procedures, and documentation
- Assist with group-wide initiatives such as talent management, succession planning, and employee development programs
- Take on additional projects and tasks as required to support business goals and HR priorities
Qualifications & Skills
- Between 3 to 5 years of experience in HR Business Partner or HR Generalist roles
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Strong analytical and reporting abilities with keen attention to detail
- Proficiency in HR information systems and managing people data, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
- Experience providing HR support in multi-national environments, especially across UK and US jurisdictions, is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholders effectively along with strong problem-solving capabilities
- Comprehensive understanding of employee relations and employment legislation
- Adaptability, confidence, and the ability to work successfully in a fast-changing, dynamic setting
