  • Run employee engagement surveys and turn the findings into action plans.
  • Support organizational development and change initiatives across multiple international locations.
  • Partner with the Controlling team on workforce planning and personnel cost oversight.
  • Prepare HR reports, metrics, and analyses, then translate the findings into practical recommendations.
  • Provide advice on labor law issues and help maintain compliance across the organization.
  • Coordinate and deliver HR projects and initiatives from planning through execution.
  • Help maintain healthy employee relations and support conflict resolution where needed.
  • Serve as a dependable advisor to stakeholders in an evolving business environment.

What you need

  • A degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Law, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a similar discipline.
  • Several years of experience in an HR Business Partner position or a comparable generalist HR role.
  • Strong working knowledge of German labor law and how to apply it in practice.
  • Background in employee relations and advising managers on sensitive or complex people matters.
  • Practical experience with performance management systems and employee development initiatives.
  • Good understanding of HR policies, HR processes, and organizational development.
  • Experience in international manufacturing or industrial environments.
  • Experience working with international teams and across different locations.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • An analytical approach, with experience using HR data and metrics to support decisions.
  • Proficiency in Personio and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Fluency in German and English.
  • Russian and/or Ukrainian language skills are an added advantage.
  • Experience in fast-growing, transformation-focused, or multinational companies is highly desirable.
