About the Team

You will be part of a collaborative and accountable team that thrives in a fast-moving environment and focuses on delivering strong results consistently.

Role Overview

As an HRBP, you will work closely with business leaders and HR partners to translate business priorities into workforce plans and hiring strategies. Responsibilities

  • Work with business stakeholders and HR Business Partners to understand organizational goals and build annual and quarterly workforce plans aligned with business cycles.
  • Handle the complete recruitment lifecycle, including requisition review, job publication, talent sourcing, interview scheduling, and offer handling, to fill important roles on time.
  • Assess and manage different employment arrangements such as outsourcing, contracting, part-time staffing, and interns to improve workforce flexibility and help control cost and risk.
  • Manage recruitment and HR service partners, including headhunters, RPO providers, and outsourcing vendors, from selection through performance review.
  • Set up recruitment tracking and regularly review key metrics such as source effectiveness, time-to-fill, and hiring productivity to improve hiring quality and efficiency.
  • Support employer branding activities that strengthen the company’s appeal in target talent markets.
  • Ensure all hiring and employment actions follow applicable labor laws, regulations, and internal policies, while reducing employment-related risk.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of relevant HR experience, including a minimum of 3 years focused on recruitment or workforce management in internet, e-commerce, or large technology companies.
  • Strong knowledge of Chinese labor law, employment regulations, and multiple workforce models such as FTE, dispatch, and outsourcing.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication, stakeholder influence, and coordination abilities.
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS tools such as SAP or PeopleSoft, along with strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify issues, and recommend practical solutions.
  • Comfort working under pressure, managing several priorities at once, and maintaining quality output.
  • Capability to convert business strategy into actionable workforce plans and execute them effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving ability, risk awareness, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Fluency in Mandarin; strong written and spoken English is considered an advantage.
