Job description
Overview
We seek a strategic Global HR Business Partner to support our Services division, encompassing Customer Success Managers, Professional Services Consultants, Incident Response teams, and Sales-aligned functions. This role collaborates closely with senior executives to enhance organizational effectiveness, drive talent initiatives, and nurture a high-performance culture in a dynamic, global setting with increasing AI integration.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Services leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives, expansion plans, and customer delivery frameworks.
- Serve as a trusted consultant to senior management on organizational structure, workforce planning, and change initiatives.
- Facilitate scaling and transformation within Services units, including global delivery and client-facing operations.
- Oversee talent assessments, succession planning, and leadership growth programs.
- Manage performance evaluation processes emphasizing transparency, accountability, and differentiation.
- Coach leaders to foster high-performing teams, enhance engagement, and improve retention.
- Provide expert advice on complex employee relations issues, ensuring adherence to US labor laws and company policies.
- Identify and mitigate organizational risks in partnership with leadership.
- Utilize HR data analytics, dashboards, and AI-powered insights to drive informed decisions.
- Analyze patterns related to turnover, engagement, performance, and skill deficiencies.
- Work cross-functionally with HR departments such as Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, and Organizational Development to implement scalable initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years progressive HR experience, including HR Business Partner roles supporting senior leaders.
- Availability to work onsite at the Irving, TX office at least three days weekly.
- Demonstrated background supporting Services, Customer Success, Professional Services, or Sales teams.
- Experience operating in global, matrixed, and fast-paced environments.
- Proficiency with HR analytics tools, dashboards, and AI-driven platforms to guide decision-making.
- Ability to translate organizational needs into data-backed human capital strategies.
- Strong learning mindset and adaptability to evolving AI-driven HR practices.
- Expertise in organizational development, change management, leadership coaching, talent management, workforce planning, and US employment law compliance.
- High business acumen, particularly within customer-facing or revenue-linked settings.
- Exceptional judgment, discretion, professionalism, and stakeholder management skills.
- Capability to balance strategic perspective with practical execution.
- Legal eligibility to work in the US without current or future employer sponsorship.
