Role summary
This position is responsible for running administrative support for a project site and for helping coordinate HR-related activities across the employee lifecycle. The role combines site office administration, employee services, logistics, and coordination with central HR teams to keep project operations running smoothly.

Key duties
- Coordinate basic HR processes such as onboarding and employee record maintenance.
- Work with central HR teams to help ensure local labor law and company policy compliance.
- Handle site-level employee support and contribute to engagement activities.
- Keep employee files and HR documentation organized and aligned with company standards.
- Oversee daily administrative activities at the project site to ensure the office operates efficiently.
- Arrange employee movement and living support, including transport, accommodation, mobilization, and demobilization based on project needs.
- Support office setup, facilities upkeep, and vendor coordination for site operations.
- Serve as a main contact point for administrative matters for project teams and stakeholders.
- Assist with project planning and execution by coordinating resources and administrative needs.
- Monitor administrative outputs such as permits, approval follow-ups, and compliance records.
- Help onboard project staff by confirming workspace readiness, IT arrangements, and accommodation setup.
Experience and qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline is required. The ideal candidate should have 8 or more years of experience, particularly in project administration or site operations. Exposure to NEOM or other large-scale projects is preferred, and experience in construction, infrastructure, or similar project-based environments is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law and HR compliance is important, along with excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal, organizational, coordination, and stakeholder management skills. The role also requires the ability to work effectively in a fast-moving environment with several stakeholders and strong proficiency in MS Office and project documentation tools.
