About the Role

Indobricks Real Estate Advisory Private Limited is seeking a qualified HR Admin Executive with an MBA in HR and 2-5 years of relevant experience in the real estate sector. The successful candidate will be capable of managing organizational functions, improving departmental processes, and collaborating across different departments in a fast-paced advisory company environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare the HR budget and plan organizational HR activities.
  • Establish and implement KRAs and KPIs for the entire organization, monitor their progress, and design performance appraisal systems.
  • Develop and enforce HR policies tailored to the organization's needs.
  • Oversee daily operation targets aligned with leadership directives ensuring quality, cost control, and best practices.
  • Coordinate with other department managers and promote continuous process enhancements.
  • Compile reports and deliver presentations as required.
  • Facilitate ongoing staff training and development.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards for the welfare of employees and visitors.

People Management

  • Lead, mentor, and nurture a high-performing team that achieves objectives and fosters continuous improvement.
  • Set and review departmental goals and KPIs; monitor individual and team performance.
  • Oversee staffing, recruitment, training, appraisals, attendance, disciplinary actions, and daily supervision to boost productivity.
  • Encourage motivation and operational excellence within the team.
  • Maintain records of performance and task completion.
  • Promote exemplary standards and work culture by setting a strong personal example.
  • Communicate strategic KPIs clearly to all employees.

Financial and Stakeholder Management

  • Manage budget control and financial oversight within the HR function.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with both internal teams and external partners for optimal results.

Compliance

  • Stay informed on employment laws and regulations to ensure organizational compliance and reduce legal risks.
