About the Role
Join a supportive long-term care team where collaboration, stability, and growth are valued. This position is focused on helping create a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents, families, and staff while working within Trilogy standards and all applicable federal and state rules.
What You’ll Do
- Keep resident rooms, bathrooms, shared spaces, offices, and employee areas clean, safe, and comfortable.
- Carry out routine housekeeping work, along with more intensive cleaning for move-ins, move-outs, and isolation areas, following infection control procedures.
- Make sure assigned spaces and equipment stay organized, clean, and properly stored before breaks, meals, and at the end of the shift.
- When assigned to laundry duties, wash and dry resident clothing and linens, return clean items to the proper places, maintain laundry equipment, and label resident laundry correctly.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED/HSE is preferred.
