Role Summary
The Housekeeping & Laundry Assistant helps maintain a facility that is clean, secure, and comfortable, following company standards along with applicable federal and state requirements.
Key Duties
- Keep resident rooms, bathrooms, shared spaces, offices, and employee areas clean, safe, and welcoming for residents, families, and staff.
- Carry out routine cleaning tasks, thorough cleaning for move-ins and move-outs, and isolation-area cleaning in line with infection control practices.
- Make sure assigned work areas stay organized and that tools, equipment, and supplies are stored properly throughout the shift and before breaks, meals, and the end of the day.
- When assigned laundry work, wash and dry resident clothing and linens, return cleaned items to the proper places, operate and care for laundry equipment correctly, and label resident laundry as needed.
Qualifications
A high school diploma or GED/HSE is preferred.

The position is based in Terre Haute, Indiana, at Harrisions Crossing Health Campus, 395 8th Avenue, Terre Haute, IN.
