About the Role

Hyatt Place AlUla is seeking a seasoned Housekeeping Coordinator to join its pre-opening team. This role is crucial for supporting the efficient operation of the housekeeping department and ensuring seamless communication within the hotel. Hyatt Place AlUla is a new development featuring 215 guestrooms, multiple dining options, meeting facilities, a pool, and a fitness center, catering to both business and leisure guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping staff, including room assignments.
  • Manage and respond to guest and staff requests related to housekeeping services.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of room status and housekeeping operations.
  • Facilitate effective communication between the housekeeping department and other hotel departments to meet operational demands.
  • Assist in monitoring housekeeping supplies and contribute to inventory management processes.
  • Ensure clear and consistent communication channels within the housekeeping team.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a housekeeping or administrative capacity, ideally within the hospitality sector.
  • Proficiency in organizational and coordination tasks.
  • Excellent communication and multitasking capabilities.
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Strong command of the English language for effective communication.
