Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and order in assigned guest rooms by making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and performing deep cleaning when necessary.
• Replenish linens and essential guest supplies such as towels and toiletries promptly.
• Stock and transport housekeeping carts, ensuring necessary supplies are always available.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests to enhance their satisfaction.
• Properly dispose of waste and recyclables in designated areas to maintain hygienic conditions.

Qualifications and Skills

• At least one year of experience in housekeeping, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Strong ability to uphold high standards of cleanliness and presentation in guest rooms.
• Physically capable of undertaking demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for long durations.
• Professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with guests.
• Efficient time management to complete assigned tasks within scheduled shifts.
• Good teamwork skills to collaborate with the housekeeping team and other hotel departments.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic English communication skills; additional languages are advantageous.
• Working knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety protocols.
