Role Overview

This full-time housekeeping attendant position based in Haridwar entails maintaining immaculate, secure, and orderly guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and communal areas. Core duties include cleaning activities such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming; managing linen changes, bed making, restocking supplies; and overseeing laundry services for guest and shared spaces. The role requires timely reporting of maintenance concerns, adherence to health and safety protocols, and consistent compliance with cleaning standards. The attendant is also expected to interact courteously with guests, address requests promptly, and collaborate with team members to ensure a superior hospitality experience.

Requirements

• Capable of executing housekeeping tasks including laundry and overall cleaning with precision.
• Effective communication skills for clear and polite interaction with guests and colleagues.
• Strong customer service orientation to professionally handle guest inquiries and concerns.
• Organizational capabilities to prioritize duties, manage time efficiently, and keep supplies and equipment well arranged.
