This role is based at Souq Al Wakra Hotel Qatar by Tivoli in Al Wakrah, Qatar. Role Purpose

The main objective of this position is to keep guest rooms, corridors, and related areas in excellent condition, while supporting a smooth and pleasant experience for hotel guests. The role also involves responding to guest needs quickly and professionally, helping maintain a secure and well-organized environment for both guests and team members.

Key Duties

• Maintain guest rooms so they are cleaned, refreshed, and presented to a consistently high standard.
• Ensure corridors and surrounding areas remain neat, orderly, and well cared for.
• Provide courteous and efficient service to hotel guests when assistance is required.
• Handle guest requests promptly and with a service-focused approach.
• Contribute to a safe, tidy, and welcoming atmosphere throughout the property.

Qualifications

• Prior experience working in housekeeping is required.
• Strong interpersonal abilities and a professional manner are important.
• A sharp eye for detail is necessary for this role.
• The ability to stay positive and composed when under pressure is expected.
