About the Role

The Housekeeping Attendant role is focused on creating a polished, welcoming, and comfortable stay for guests by maintaining the overall cleanliness and presentation of the hotel. This position goes beyond making up rooms; it contributes to a memorable guest experience through careful attention to detail across guest rooms and shared areas.

Key Duties

• Keep guest rooms and common areas clean, tidy, and visually appealing.
• Respond to guest requests in a timely and helpful manner.
• Restock housekeeping carts and supplies as needed.
• Carry out room cleaning and other assigned housekeeping tasks.
• Help maintain a consistently pleasant environment throughout the property.

Work Standards

The role requires a strong focus on safety, confidentiality, policy compliance, quality, and professional conduct. The job is active and hands-on, with extended periods of standing, sitting, and walking, as well as regular lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing items weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.

Employees are also expected to complete additional reasonable duties when requested to support guests and business needs.
