The property is situated in a central business area of Doha, close to major banks and within easy reach of Hamad International Airport via a 15-minute drive or complimentary shuttle. Nearby points of interest include the Museum of Islamic Arts and Souk Waqif. The hotel complex features 378 contemporary guestrooms and suites at Crowne Plaza, along with 307 well-appointed guestrooms at Holiday Inn, each designed with modern comforts and high-speed wireless internet access.
What you will do
- Maintain consistently high housekeeping standards across all assigned areas, following the hotel brand’s operating requirements.
- Deliver courteous and efficient service to guests at all times.
- Review guest information each day and ensure requests and preferences are handled promptly.
- Clean occupied rooms and departure rooms to the required standard.
- Prepare beds according to brand guidelines and training instructions.
- Replace used linens and towels.
- Replenish in-room supplies such as toiletries, drinking glasses, and other guest amenities.
- Remove waste and collect room service trays from guest rooms.
- Arrange, organize, and restock housekeeping carts.
- Report damaged or faulty appliances and equipment to the maintenance team.
- Follow hotel confidentiality and security expectations.
- Honor privacy requirements, including respecting “do not disturb” notices.
What we are looking for
The ideal candidate brings prior housekeeping experience in a premium hotel setting, along with strong communication skills, careful attention to detail, and a practical understanding of cleaning chemical safety and personal protective equipment.
