The hotel complex features 378 contemporary guestrooms and suites at Crowne Plaza, along with 307 well-appointed guestrooms at Holiday Inn, each designed with modern comforts and high-speed wireless internet access.

What you will do

• Maintain consistently high housekeeping standards across all assigned areas, following the hotel brand’s operating requirements.
• Deliver courteous and efficient service to guests at all times.
• Review guest information each day and ensure requests and preferences are handled promptly.
• Clean occupied rooms and departure rooms to the required standard.
• Prepare beds according to brand guidelines and training instructions.
• Replace used linens and towels.
• Replenish in-room supplies such as toiletries, drinking glasses, and other guest amenities.
• Remove waste and collect room service trays from guest rooms.
• Arrange, organize, and restock housekeeping carts.
• Report damaged or faulty appliances and equipment to the maintenance team.
• Follow hotel confidentiality and security expectations.
• Honor privacy requirements, including respecting “do not disturb” notices.

What we are looking for

The ideal candidate brings prior housekeeping experience in a premium hotel setting, along with strong communication skills, careful attention to detail, and a practical understanding of cleaning chemical safety and personal protective equipment.
