Role overview
Country Court is hiring a Housekeeper for its new care home, Southcote Lodge Care Home, which is due to open in September 2026. The home is a newly built 65-bed facility located on Lodge Lane in Nettleham, Lincolnshire, and forms part of the Country Court family. The site offers a calm setting that is still convenient for visitors from across Lincolnshire and the surrounding area.
This position is scheduled for 30 hours per week, with weekend work arranged on a rota basis.

What the Housekeeper will do
In this role, you will help maintain a clean, comfortable, and well-kept environment for residents. The job calls for a strong focus on detail, a careful approach to housekeeping standards, and a commitment to ensuring that resident clothing and bedding are washed, pressed, and folded to a high standard.
You will also be responsible for keeping residents’ rooms clean and hygienic, carrying out thorough cleaning tasks and making sure no area is overlooked. Your work will directly support the day-to-day wellbeing of residents and contribute to the overall atmosphere of the home.
