Responsibilities

• Carry out everyday cleaning duties across resident rooms, bathrooms, common spaces, and offices.
• Keep all assigned areas clean and sanitized in line with established procedures and safety standards.
• Track completed cleaning work and escalate any maintenance or safety concerns to a supervisor.
• Apply infection-control practices and universal precautions to maintain a sanitary setting.
• Communicate courteously with residents, staff, and guests while delivering strong customer service.
• Take on additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or an equivalent credential is required.
• Prior housekeeping experience is welcome but not mandatory.
• You should bring a positive attitude and be able to communicate well with building occupants, administration, and HCSG leadership while completing daily work.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination requirements is required.
• You must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and push or pull up to 50 pounds.
• The role requires extended periods of standing, sitting, bending, and walking.
• You must be able to perform repetitive tasks consistently throughout the day.
• Comfort working around cleaning chemicals is necessary.
• You must be able to follow verbal and written instructions and complete repetitive duties every day.
• Residency within the service area is required.
