Job Summary

We are actively hiring immediate full-time and part-time Housekeeper staff to maintain cleanliness and order in establishments such as hospitals, hotels, and restaurants. This role involves performing light cleaning duties including making beds, replenishing linens, cleaning rooms and hallways, vacuuming, and more.

Responsibilities

• Deliver attentive, quality customer service ensuring thoroughness and care.
• Sweep, scrub, mop, and polish various floor surfaces.
• Vacuum carpets, curtains, and upholstery regularly.
• Shampoo carpets, rugs, and upholstered furniture as needed.
• Dust and polish furniture and fixtures carefully.
• Clean and sanitize metal fixtures and fittings.
• Empty and sanitize trash containers, disposing of waste properly.
• Clean washbasins, mirrors, tubs, and shower areas to maintain hygiene standards.
• Wipe down glass surfaces for a spotless appearance.
• Make beds and change linens according to requirements.
• Arrange furniture and amenities to follow prescribed layouts.
• Address guest questions and service requests promptly.
• Handle housekeeping issues such as spills or broken items efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members exhibiting professionalism towards customers and colleagues.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Previous professional experience in housekeeping is mandatory.

Work Schedule and Location

Positions are available both full-time and part-time with second shift options. Schedules may vary including nights and weekends. Location: Piedmont Augusta, 1350 Walton Way, Augusta, GA 30901.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers hourly wages ranging from $13 to $15 per hour.
