Role overview
The Housekeeper is responsible for carrying out the routine day-to-day housekeeping functions in line with applicable federal, state, and local rules and the facility’s standards. The goal of the role is to keep the property clean, safe, and comfortable for residents, staff, and visitors.
Key duties
- Work alongside nursing staff to coordinate daily housekeeping tasks.
- Complete regular cleaning duties in resident rooms and shared public spaces.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness across the facility at all times.
- Use proper safety practices and required protective equipment while performing cleaning tasks.
