Key duties

• Clean floors by sweeping, mopping, washing, and polishing.
• Remove dust from furniture and other surfaces.
• Vacuum carpets, area rugs, drapes, and upholstered items.
• Prepare guest rooms by making beds and replacing linens.
• Restock towels and toiletries for guest use.
• Keep linen storage areas organized and supplied.
• Sanitize and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
• Receive, log, and report lost-and-found items.
• Respond to guest requests for additional supplies or similar needs.
• Share basic information about hotel facilities.
• Collect debris and empty waste containers.
• Wash windows, walls, and ceilings as needed.
• Clean showers and changing areas.
• Handle guest complaints and concerns professionally.
