The Opportunity

This full-time housekeeping position is based at Coolwaters, Yeppoon. The role is responsible for cleaning and preparing guest accommodation as well as shared spaces to a consistently high standard.

What the Role Involves

You will be expected to help maintain a tidy, comfortable, and welcoming setting for guests while delivering service that reflects care and attention to detail.

Key Experience and Attributes

  • Hands-on experience in housekeeping or a similar cleaning-focused role
  • Strong eye for detail and a genuine commitment to cleanliness
  • Ability to work productively without close supervision
  • Good time management and organisational skills
  • Willingness to work across a 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays
  • Current and valid driver’s licence is required

Additional Requirements

Before a formal offer is made, candidates must agree to a Federal Police Check for criminal record screening. A valid Working with Children Check for the relevant state may also be needed.

The position can involve physical tasks such as lifting items of up to 20kg, kneeling, squatting, and handling chemicals and machinery.
