Malmaison is recognized for its collection of luxury and boutique hotels across 15 landmark UK locations, offering guests stylish accommodations, a relaxed ambiance, and signature dining experiences at Chez Mal Brasseries.
Key Duties
In your role as a Room Attendant, you will maintain excellent guest interaction through conversational English and carry out your tasks independently as required. Your contribution is vital to upholding the exceptional room standards that Malmaison is known for.

This role demands physical stamina due to its labor-intensive nature. While prior housekeeping experience is not mandatory, a positive outlook and a keen desire to make a difference in the hotel environment are essential. Comprehensive training will be provided, including the safe use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.

Malmaison encourages career progression and internal growth. Eligible candidates can join an apprenticeship scheme upon successfully completing their probationary period, contributing to our goal of 100 new apprentices within the year.
