About the Role

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily cleaning tasks such as disinfecting resident rooms, bathrooms, communal spaces, and offices.
• Ensure all areas are sanitized in line with established protocols and safety standards.
• Keep accurate logs of cleaning activities and report maintenance or safety concerns to supervisors promptly.
• Adhere to infection control measures and universal precautions to maintain hygiene.
• Engage courteously with residents, staff, and visitors to provide excellent customer service.
• Complete any other duties assigned as part of the role.

Qualifications and Requirements

• High school diploma or an equivalent qualification.
• Housekeeping experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Positive demeanor and strong communication skills to interact effectively with building occupants, management, and leadership.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination requirements.
• Physical ability to lift or carry up to 50 pounds, push or pull up to 50 pounds, and sustain standing, sitting, bending, or walking for long periods.
• Capacity to perform repetitive tasks consistently and tolerate exposure to cleaning agents.
• Ability to understand and execute both oral and written instructions accurately.
• Residency within the service area is required.
