Role overview

TouchPoint Support Services is looking to add full-time Housekeepers right away at Ascension Saint Thomas Rutherford in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. This role is focused on keeping patient-care and hospitality areas clean, organized, and ready for use.

Work location and schedule

The position is based at 1700 Medical Center Parkway, Murfreesboro, TN 37129. Applications are accepted online only. The schedule is full-time, with day shifts that can change as needed, and rotating weekends. More schedule details will be shared during the interview.

Compensation

The pay for this role is between $16.13 and $17.63 per hour.

What the job involves

This position is responsible for light housekeeping work in facilities such as hospitals, including tasks that help maintain a clean and orderly environment. The role includes routine cleaning, room upkeep, and responding to service needs as they arise.

Key duties

Typical responsibilities include one-on-one customer service, floor care, carpet cleaning, dusting, polishing, waste removal, restroom and surface cleaning, bed making, linen replacement, and arranging furniture and amenities according to the set layout. The role also involves answering guest questions, handling housekeeping issues such as spills or broken glass, supporting team goals, and completing additional tasks when assigned.
