Pay: $15.00 per hour
What you will do
- Keep shared spaces and work areas clean and orderly, including rooms, corridors, washrooms, windows, woodwork, light fittings, and other assigned areas so health standards are maintained and the home stays free of debris.
- Care for floors and furnishings by cleaning floor surfaces, maintaining furniture and draperies, using shampooing equipment, and clearing trash containers.
- Work in line with universal safety practices, especially when handling cleaning products, hazardous materials, and infection-control procedures.
- Clean and sanitize equipment and supplies.
- Wash, sort, iron, and fold clothing and linens.
- Handle grocery shopping, buy household supplies, and take laundry to the dry cleaners when needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or an equivalent credential.
- No prior work experience is necessary.
- Must hold a valid driver’s license in good standing.
- Should bring a dependable, responsible attitude and a caring approach to the role.
- Strong attention to detail is important.
