Role overview
Voyages Tourism Australia is hiring a House Person to live and work at Yulara in the Northern Territory, approximately a 20-minute drive from Uluru. This is an opportunity to be part of an iconic resort environment while supporting smooth housekeeping and hotel operations.
What the role involves
You will help maintain guestroom readiness and back-of-house cleanliness, working in a busy setting while delivering courteous, efficient service to guests and team members. A background in a similar position is advantageous, but the key priorities are strong attention to detail, a positive attitude, and the ability to work quickly and reliably.
Core duties
- Deliver linen, towels, and guest amenities to rooms before arrivals.
- Collect used linen bags from across the property and place them in tall boys for laundry collection.
- Keep storage areas clean, organised, and properly replenished.
- Make sure trolleys and housekeeping equipment remain clean, orderly, and safely stored.
