Overview
This role is part of the housekeeping and laundry team and focuses on creating a spotless, welcoming, and memorable stay for guests. The position supports the overall appearance, cleanliness, and smooth operation of the hotel, not just guest rooms and made beds.

What you will do
You will handle a wide range of housekeeping tasks to keep the property looking its best and to help deliver an exceptional guest experience. The role calls for being proactive, mobile, and ready to respond to guest needs as they arise.
- Address guest requests and support service needs promptly.
- Restock housekeeping carts and supplies as required.
- Clean guest rooms and common areas throughout the hotel.
- Take on other related housekeeping duties assigned from time to time.
- Help ensure that every hotel space contributes to a great guest stay.
