Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with team members to guarantee prompt service delivery and efficient operations.
- Strictly observe hotel policies and SOPs concerning customer service, daily operations, and personal conduct and appearance.
- Engage with every guest warmly and courteously, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Uphold professional telephone etiquette and thoroughly understand reservation protocols and procedures.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of all services available within the restaurant and hotel premises.
- Welcome and seat guests courteously, establishing a hospitable ambiance throughout their dining experience.
- Ensure the front-of-house and restaurant entrances are consistently staffed and visually inviting.
- Verify that each table is clean and fully prepared before guests are seated.
- Solicit guest feedback regarding their dining experience and promptly communicate any concerns to outlet managers, aiming to resolve issues immediately where possible.
- Provide assistance in service duties as situations demand.
- Coordinate with Cashiers and provide coverage during their breaks.
